M.Caimmi report the discovery of an apparent supernova at date 2015 12 18.06847 on image obtained with SC Telescope 0.24-m f/6.5 + CCD Atik 314L (exposure 15 frame x 15sec) from C92 - Valdicerro Observatory- Loreto (AN) - Italy, in the course of the Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP). The new object is located at A.R. = 09h43m28s.86 DEC = +09°25'23".0 astrometry with respect to UCAC-4 stars which is 15 arcsec West and 7 arcsec North from the centre of Galaxy PGC27823.
